Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@youmecondom.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Opened or used condoms – Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns of condoms that have been opened or used.

  • Opened or used lubricants or intimate devices (toys) – Once opened or used, these items cannot be returned.

  • Damaged condoms during use – If a condom breaks during use, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us for further assistance.

  • Sale items and gift cards – These are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take additional time to process the refund.
